TAB Engineering possess the capabilities to produce both simple and complex components out of a wide variety of materials including: aluminium, stainless steel, steel, brass and plastics. We also specialise in the complete manufacture and assembly of special purpose machines.

We offer a complete service from prototyping through to high volume production, maintaining the highest levels of quality. We pride ourselves on our customer relationships, we spend time discussing with the customer the design specifications and if guidance is needed we are there to help.

Prototyping

We have the capabilities to machine one off prototypes through to high volume production, using our advanced machine tools and the latest technology.

We are able to produce advanced precision components out of a range of materials within very small time frames.

Our Services

CNC Milling

Our state-of-the-art CNC milling machines enable us to manufacture a wide range of precision components, whether it be a one-off prototype or high volume production, we have you covered.

CNC Turning

We offer CNC Turning, ranging from small bar feed machines to machines capable of turning parts up to 300mm diameter using the latest machine technology.

Manual Machining

With over 30 years of experience, we have extensive knowledge and expertise in manual machining.

Welding & Fabrication

At TAB we have the capability of welding all types of steel, ranging from small domestic repairs to large structural frames.

Assembly

We have a vastly experienced team of fitters who throughout the years have assembled a huge variety of industrial machines. Our services include in-house assembly and off-site assembly.
